These terms govern use of the Body Memory website and mobile product. The operating legal entity, governing law and age requirements must be finalized before public launch.

What Body Memory provides

Body Memory lets athletes record body observations, physical history, recovery notes, training context and personal patterns. Features may change as the product develops.

Not medical advice or emergency support

Body Memory does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a medical condition and does not provide a treatment plan. It is not a substitute for a physician, physiotherapist or other qualified professional. Do not use Body Memory for emergencies. If you believe you may have an urgent medical issue, contact local emergency services or an appropriate healthcare professional.

Your account and information

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding access credentials and activity under your account. You retain responsibility for deciding what information to record or share. Do not upload information you do not have the right to use.

Responsible use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or availability, scrape the product, reverse engineer protected parts except where law permits, or use Body Memory to make automated clinical decisions.

Intellectual property

Body Memory’s product, branding, interface, written content and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, personal, revocable right to use the product as intended; they do not transfer ownership of Body Memory materials.

Availability and changes

We aim to operate Body Memory reliably but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary, including for security, maintenance or legal reasons.

Subscriptions

The current repository includes entitlement-related product infrastructure, but commercial subscription terms, prices and purchase flows have not been verified for public launch. Any paid plan will require separate, clear purchase and cancellation terms before it is offered.

Liability

Liability limitations must be reviewed for the governing jurisdiction and the final operating entity. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
